Resume Teacher offers a Free plan as well as paid Basic and Pro subscriptions. This page explains how billing works, how to upgrade or cancel, and what to expect when your plan changes.

Upgrading your plan

Log in to your Resume Teacher account

Go to resume-teacher.com and sign in.

Open Billing settings

Go to Account Settings and select Billing or Upgrade Plan.

Choose your plan and billing cycle

Choose Basic or Pro and select Monthly or Yearly billing.

Enter your payment details

Enter your payment details and confirm.

Your new plan is active

Your new plan is active immediately.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings. Canceling stops automatic renewal at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your paid features until the period ends.
Canceling does not delete your account or your documents. You revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.

What happens when you downgrade

If you have more resumes or cover letters than the Free plan allows, you won’t lose them immediately — but you won’t be able to create new ones until you’re within the plan limits. AI features are disabled on the Free plan.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Contact support@resume-teacher.com to request a refund. Resume Teacher’s refund policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely. Resume Teacher does not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing period ends.
