Go to resume-teacher.com and open the resume you want to export.
2

Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the editor.

Save your PDF

Your resume exports as a PDF — ready to send to employers or upload to job boards.

File format

PDF is the industry-standard format for resumes. Unlike Word documents or Google Docs, a PDF preserves your layout, fonts, and spacing perfectly across every device and operating system. Recruiters and applicant tracking systems expect PDFs, and your resume will look exactly as designed no matter where it’s opened.

Accessing your documents

All your resumes and cover letters are saved in your account dashboard. You can log back in and download any of them again at any time, from any device.

Multiple resume versions

Tailoring your resume for each job application significantly increases your chances of getting an interview. Resume Teacher supports multiple saved resume versions so you can maintain separate resumes for different roles or industries:
  • Free — 1 saved resume
  • Basic — 3 saved resumes
  • Pro — Unlimited saved resumes
Tailor a separate resume for each job application to increase your chances. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited resume versions.
